Return an Item

Before attempting to return an item that you think is faulty, please contact our technical support team as the item may be working properly, but you may just need some help getting it working.

If you wish to return a product to us, please complete this form.

Please include your reason for return with all the details.

We will respond via email providing you with a returns reference number. Once you have this return reference, please carefully pack the item and return it to us at Antiference HQ.

When returning opened products to us, you should do so without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your decision to cancel and within 30 days of delivery.
