All Clear Flow devices have a manual reset button. A brief press will carry out a re-boot and if pressed and held for 15-20 seconds, the device will restore to factory settings.
The button is located next to the WAN & LAN connection ports on all BEAM & AIR products.
To access the rest button on the WAP in-wall APs simply pop the screwless cover off and the button is located underneath.
We recommend disconnecting the LAN cable connection to Ethernet switch or router before carrying out the reset. The device must be powered throughout the reset process.
